This course reviews contemporary surgical procedures used in interdisciplinary implant rehabilitation which are important for optimal restorative and prosthetic results. Topics to be covered include solutions for the extremely resorbed edentulous jaw; immediate loading considerations, team management of the patient with hypodontia, implant applications in orthodontics and craniofacial defect reconstruction. Course objectives are to review interdisciplinary dental team treatment of routine and complex conditions managed with implant rehabilitation.
