Do you know the difference between Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc? Ever wonder why wine drinkers swirl their wine? This class will explain and demystify the miracle of modern winemaking. Through the tasting discussion of eight different types of wine, participants are taught how grapes become wine, discuss food and wine pairing and learn how to form your own, confident opinions about what you are drinking. This course is also being offered of Friday, June 13 (NC13).
