The Gaylord Palms' staff have designed this course specifically for dental offices using the concepts that they use when dealing with their hotel guests. Know your patients, care for your patients, and value your patients are the themes of this interaction session delivered in a Gaylord Palms Training Room. All participants will meet in the Emerald Bay Plaza 15 minutes before the course start time to be escorted to the Gaylord "stars only" area. You won’t want to miss it!
