What makes Bordeaux so special? What is so unique about the soil of Champagne region? In this event Mr. Butler and participants examine and taste white and red wines from classic wine regions around the world, look at the history of these wines and discuss why they are considered “classic”. Mr. Butler also reviews Old World favorites from Europe as well as classics from the New World. This course is also being offered on Friday, June 13 (NC04).
