The 5 P’s: Pre-Incident- covers current laws and standards of care. Plan- Roles and responsibilities of staff. Patients- Patients and their history, medications. Problems- Emphasize the A, B, C’s of patient car and hot to integrate the in-office equipments into actual patient care. Post-incident- Now that the incident is over, what did we do right and what could we have done better. Talk about critical incident staff debriefing.
