The Florida Dental Health Foundation will once again hold a drawing for a 2-year lease on a luxury car. This year the winner may choose a Lexus RX Sport Utility or ES Sedan (a cash option is also available).
1. This is not a lottery; it is a drawing of chance.
2. The Foundation’s general fund is providing a two-year, minimum 20,000-mile cap lease for a 2008 Lexus ES sedan or RX SUV.
3. The drawing is for a suggested minimum donation of $100 per ticket.
4. A sixth or complimentary ticket will be offered to the individual who acquires five tickets at the suggested minimum donation (or $500).
5. Tickets will be available from Jan. 12, 2008 through June 13, 2008.
6. Only 1000 tickets will be sold.
7. One ticket will be randomly drawn from all tickets on June 13, 2008 during the Florida Dental Association’s Friday night concert at the Florida National Dental Convention in Orlando, FL.
8. Winner need not be present to win, but must claim the prize within 60 days of the drawing and be responsible for all taxes and fees attached to their winnings.
9. Drawing is open to the general public. However, to qualify for the lease, the winner must be at least 21 years of age and possess dealer-approved credit.

11. By participating in this drawing of chance, participants are bound by the official rules and for the use of their name and picture in any publicity related to the event.
