Welcome Exhibitors to FNDC2009
Hello, my name is Linda G. Smelser and I am the Exhibits Coordinator for the Florida National Dental Convention.

I will gladly answer any questions that you may have about booth registration and the benefits of exhibiting at FNDC2009!

Click here for a copy of the Exhibitor Prospectus. We would love to have your company participate in FNDC2009, so please get your application in right away. Booths are now assigned first come first serve. We still have great booth spaces available. Call me today to discuss your booth assignment.

Exhibitor Badge Registration
Exhibitor badge registration is currently open. You'll need your company ID to log-in. This ID was provided to you in a recent e-mail. To proceed with badge registration please click here.

Onsite Program Listing
Your company’s name and contact information will be automatically listed alphabetically in the FNDC2009 program. If you would also like your product(s) listed by category, complete and return the Product Selection Form.

Official Service Contractor
The Freeman Companies has posted the exhibitor's service kit on-line.  The kit contains complete information and order forms for all exhibit services. Their available services include labor, material handling, display tables, drayage, furniture and equipment rental.

Additional services provided are:
Electrical, telephone and data: Gaylord Palms (forms included in service kit)
Lead retrieval systems: QMS Registration (form included in service kit)
