General Information
The 2009 Florida National Dental Convention will be held June 18-20, 2009 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
LOCATION
Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center is the site of FNDC2009. Gaylord Palms is located at 6000 W. Osceola Parkway, Orlando, FL 34746. Maps and driving directions to Gaylord Palms may be found under Hotel Information.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Contact Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center at 407.586.2000 to make your reservations in the FDA block. An FNDC group discount is effective until the date of the convention. Individuals waiting to reserve a room at Gaylord Palms late are not guaranteed a room. You may also click on the link for hotel reservations under Hotel Information to make your reservation online.
PARKING AND SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE -
June 16 update: FNDC 2009 Parking Info
Remote parking is the most convenient option for FNDC attendees. There is a charge for parking at Gaylord Palms. Parking is extremely limited for drive-in attendees not staying at the hotel.
Shuttle bus service is provided from a non-congested, convenient remote parking site located at just minutes from Gaylord Palms. Shuttle service begins Thursday, June 18 at 7:00 am and continues through Saturday, June 20 at 6:00 pm. Directions to off-site parking and shuttle service schedules are included in attendee registration packets.
Registering Children:
Children younger than 18 do not need to be registered and will not receive a badge.
