Dr. Haeussner earned his dental degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Kentucky. He maintains a general practice in Orange Park.
He is a past president of the Clay County Dental Society and the Northeast District Dental Association (NEDDA). He has been chair of the Council on Governmental Affairs and FLADPAC and has served on numerous committees within the FDA. He has served as an alternate trustee to the FDA from the NEDDA and as a trustee liaison to the Council on Dental Care. He serves as an alternate on the Florida Delegation to the ADA and as officer liaison to the Council on Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs. Dr. Haeussner is a member of the Florida Academy of Dental Practice Administration and a fellow of the American College of Dentists. He currently is the chair of Dentists Care Jacksonville Inc.
Dr. Haeussner and his wife, Kathy, have two sons and a daughter-in-law, Dan, Brian and Kara. Dan currently practices dentistry with Dr. Haeussner. Brian attends the University of Florida College of Dentistry
