Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and/or requests for refunds must be made in writing and received postmarked by two weeks prior to each workshop. Please see course details for each specific date. All complete registration cancellations are subject to a service and handling fee in the amount of $30 per cancelled registrant. Refunds are paid to the individual whose name appears at the top of the check or on the credit card used to pay for registration. Please allow up to two weeks after the meeting for refunds to be processed. No cancellation refunds will be honored for any reason after each workshops' cancellation deadline.


The Florida Dental Association is approved as a continuing education sponsor by the Florida Board of Dentistry. The Florida Dental Association is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of  dentistry.
