All courses, events and the Exhibit Hall during the 2026 Florida Dental Convention will be held at the  Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center located at 6000 W. Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34746.

The Florida Dental Convention offers a discounted block of rooms at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. Featuring newly renovated hotel rooms, the Gaylord Palms provides the ultimate in comfort, convenience, luxury, and unparalleled guest services.

The Gaylord Palms room block is sold out on Friday and has limited availability on Thursday. FDC has created an internal waiting list for Gaylord Palms hotel reservations. To join the waitlist, you must have an existing registration with a confirmation number to be added to the waitlist for additional nights. If the nights you are looking for are unavailable, please complete the Waiting List Reservation Form and have your Gaylord confirmation number ready, and we’d be happy to add you to this waitlist.

Delta Hotel by Marriott Orlando Celebration

The Florida Dental Convention offers a discounted block of rooms at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Orlando Celebration. Located less than two miles from Gaylord Palms, this hotel room block offers convenience and free shuttle service.
