Parking & Shuttle Service
Gaylord Palms Parking
Self-parking is FREE for attendees staying at Gaylord Palms. There is limited parking at Gaylord Palms for attendees not staying at Gaylord. The self-parking fee is $38 per day for attendees NOT staying at the hotel, and the valet charge is $50 per day.
Free Offsite Parking
Free parking and shuttle service to the Gaylord Palms is available for attendees at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park located at 1534 Blizzard Beach Dr., Orlando, FL 32836.
Free Shuttle Service
Shuttle service is not provided from other FDC room block hotels or other local hotels. Free shuttle transportation will be provided from Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park for attendees.
Shuttle Hours:
- Thurs., June 19 – 7 AM-11:30 PM
- Fri., June 20 – 7 AM- 11 PM
- Sat., June 21 – 7 AM-6 PM
Please allow ample time (at least one hour prior to course start) to park at the off-site parking location, take the shuttle bus to Gaylord Palms, print your badge and locate your course(s). Refunds will not be given for courses missed due to parking or shuttle bus delays.
