Small Business Loans

The Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program can provide short-term, interest-free loans up to $50,000 to small businesses owners located in designated disaster areas that experienced physical and/or economic damage because of a natural disaster. Disaster Unemployment Assistance

Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) is available to Florida businesses and residents whose employment or self-employment was lost or interrupted as a direct result of Hurricane Helene. Individuals affected in the designated disaster areas must file DUA applications before the deadlines listed on the DUA website.

The Florida Chamber of Commerce has a number of post-storm resources available on its “After A Disaster” website which has links to business damage assessments, the Florida Attorney General’s Price Gouging Hotline, Florida 511 (roadway conditions) and more.
